REX ALLEN DAYS – FOOD & DRINK VENDOR APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in being a food or drink vendor at Rex Allen Days. Please read

all information carefully and complete this application in full.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You must receive a confirmed space number before setting up.

A vendor map with assigned space numbers will be emailed one (1) week prior to the event.

Vendors without an assigned space number will not be permitted to set up.

NO SATURDAY SET-UP PERMITTED.

Keiller Park

500 N. Bisbee Ave., Willcox, AZ

Overnight RV camping permitted (no hook-ups available).

Quail Park Rodeo Grounds

1138 N. Quail Dr., Willcox, AZ

Restroom facilities are available at both parks. Electricity and water are available in

designated areas. Vendors must bring their own extension cords and water hoses if utilities

are requested.

SET-UP TIMES

Thursday: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

No Saturday Set-Up Allowed

EVENT OPERATING HOURS

Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Space Request & Fees

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Food Vendors: Applications close one (1) month prior to the event per Cochise County Health Department requirements.

Incomplete applications will not be processed.

FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

A current City of Willcox Business License must be submitted with this application.

Food vendors MUST contact the Cochise County Health Department to obtain the required Health Permit/Food License.

A copy of your valid health permit must be submitted before a vendor space will be assigned.

Food permits must be submitted to the Health Department at least four (4) weeks prior to the event.

Permits must be current and clearly displayed at all times during the event.

GENERATORS

Generators are allowed but must be quiet/noise-reducing models.

All generators must be approved by Rex Allen Days (RAD) prior to use.

CLEAN-UP POLICY

Vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned area clean at all times and must dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.

An additional $150.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to vendors who leave trash, grease, debris, or other waste behind.

SECURITY

Event security will be on-site; however, security will not be provided for individual booths.

Vendors who leave merchandise or equipment overnight do so at their own risk.

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By participating in this event, the vendor agrees to release and hold harmless the City of

Willcox, Cochise County, and Rex Allen Days, Inc. from any liability arising from

participation in the event.
