Terms and Conditions:
Keiller Park: 500 N. Bisbee Ave. Overnight RV camping is allowed but there are no hook-ups.
Quail Park:1138 N. Quail Dr.
Restroom facilities are available at in the park.
Electricity and water are available throughout the park. Bring extension cords and water hoses if needed.
Food Vendors - If you do not have a Cochise County Permit, please call Cochise County Health Dept. at 520-384-7100.
Food vendors must have a current permit and clearly displayed
Food permits must be submitted to the Health Department 3 weeks prior to the date of the event.
Vendors are expected to keep area clean and use the dumpsters.
There is an additional $150 fee for vendors who leave trash.
For and in consideration of the use of Willcox Municipal property, do, for myself and my heirs, executors, and assigns demise and release and forever discharge the City of Willcox, Cochise County, Arizona hereafter referred to as "City" and Rex Allen Days, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Corporation" and their successors of and from all manner of action and actions, cause or causes of action, suits, debts and sums of money, dues, or now have against the City and or Corporation by reasons of any cause of thing whatever, whether in contact or tort. Security: Security will be on site but will not be provided for individual booths. If you leave your merchandise overnight at the festival site, you will be doing so at your own risk.
