IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You must receive a confirmed space number before setting up.

A vendor map with assigned space numbers will be emailed one (1) week prior to the event.

Vendors without an assigned space number will not be permitted to set up.

NO SATURDAY SET-UP PERMITTED.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

General Vendors: Applications close one (1) week prior to the event.

Incomplete applications will not be processed.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

A current City of Willcox Business License must be submitted with this application before a space number will be assigned.

CLEAN-UP POLICY

Vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned area clean at all times and must dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.

An additional $150.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to vendors who leave trash, debris, or waste behind.

SECURITY

Event security will be on-site; however, security will not be provided for individual booths.

Vendors who leave merchandise or equipment overnight do so at their own risk.

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By participating in this event, the vendor agrees to release and hold harmless the City of Willcox, Cochise County, and Rex Allen Days, Inc. from any liability arising from participation in the event.
